I slaved for this for 3 hours
And decided it needed step by step pictures :)
Also, I lost the recipe so i wing-ed it based on the recipe i used before :)

Chopping 8 oz. of 72% Dark ChocolateGanache ( Chocolate with Heavy Cream) Looks like mud, I know...But it gets better!Hardened Ganache after 40 minutes
Its the mountain!Almost there!Tastees for my sweethearts :)
