Health

I want to work out
right now
frown.

I think Degas was right, I do scowl a lot.

Anyways, with spring break coming up, I want to take advantage of my free time and work out.
Hopefully, by declaring this on my blog, I can be held accountable...or be forever shamed by my flab (which is there. trust me.) and everyone reading this. (all two of you.)

So I employed the help of.... SN. Yes, SN.
Lord help us all.
SN: come on kim, you know me, im all about the athletics

SN: ok, lets work your abs, pecs, quads, shoulders, triceps and biceps
SN: do you have anything laying around the house thats heavy?
SN: that you can like grasp with both hands?
SN: say around...to start...10 pounds
k: SN

k: the books i own

k: putting two of them together is like 14 pounds.

k: WE'RE GETTING DISTRACTED

SN: ok you are going to do sets, starting with pecs, abs, biceps, triceps/shoulders, then quads


SN: do u know what your max out pushup number is?
k: um one?
SN: lol, ok, we'll make first day easy

SN: tonight i guess, just do one set of each, and promise not to hit me tomorrow
K: i wont
SN: O:-)
K: whats a set? :]
SN: first max out pushups
max out = do as many as you can
k: fml.
sn: after you do that to make yourself feel better, keep your hands where they are and sit back onto your knees
SN: itll stretch your pecs so they wont hurt
k: are we talking about...normal pushups or girly pushups
SN: then flip around onto your back, and max out crunches (ill show u the better way tomorrow, its hard to explain here)
SN: you can choose whichever pushups u want, as long as you max out
SN: thats your pecs and abs
SN: ya, ill show u how to work your lowers and obliques tomorrow
SN: its hard to type it out
SN: one crunch will still work all 4 layers of your abs, its just crunchs are more focused on your top 2 uppers




sob. I'm a masochistic bitch. I hate myself. FML.

And you guys are going to hear me bitch and moan the whole way while secretly loving it.
